Bexio integration

Bexio integration automates the synchronization of your DG1 orders, stock and products to Bexio, offering numerous customization options. Your orders (including payments and shipments) are transferred seamlessly to Bexio. On top, all your Bexio invoices can be automatically sent to your customers. All you need is a Bexio account while we handle all the rest based on your settings.

Settings

In settings you connect Bexio account with DG1 and set the connection settings. To connect Bexio with DG1 follow these steps:

1. Login to DG1 Admin panel.
2. Navigate to Settings and click Settings under Bexio integration section
3. Click Authenticate with Bexio button and you will be redirected to Bexio login screen.
4. Login to Bexio with your Bexio credentials.
5. Please check the Remember my choice option and click the Allow button. Your Bexio account will then be successfully connected, and you will be redirected back to the Bexio settings page in your tenant.
6. In Settings set additional connection settings:
   • Enable Bexio integration checkbox: Mark checkbox to enable Bexio integration.
   • User: Select user from Bexio to which all orders and products will be attributed.
   • Language: Select language in which the Invoice on Bexio will be created.
   • Currency: Select the currency that will be used for synchronization of orders and products. The chosen currency must be the same as the one you are using in your shop.

Orders sync

• Automatically sync orders: Select this to automatically synchronize orders created in DG1 with Bexio, when a customer completes the order in DG1. Orders from DG1 are transferred to Bexio.
• Create payment for invoice: Select this to create a payment in Bexio when the order is synchronized. Once an order is placed in DG1 and transferred to Bexio, the invoice is automatically generated in Bexio.
• Synchronize order status: Once the order is completed in Bexio, the status of the order in DG1 will change to COMPLETED. This will only happen for orders that were previously sent to Bexio. This process runs once per day. Order status in DG1 is synchronized with order status from Bexio.

Products sync

• Synchronize products: When selected, the products will be synchronized to Bexio once per day. Products in Bexio are synchronized with products from DG1.
• Synchronize product stock: Stock will be synchronized from Bexio to DG1 once per day. The stock will be updated only for products that are synchronized. The stock in DG1 will be overridden.

WARNING

Please be aware that if you have products with the same SKU on multiple sites, Bexio will not be able to differentiate between the sites. As a result, stock updates will be applied to products on both sites, which may lead to incorrect inventory levels. To avoid this issue, ensure that SKUs are unique across all sites.

Taxes mapping

• Shipping tax rate: Select the tax rate that is used for shipping in Bexio. The tax value must be the same in DG1 and Bexio.
• Payment fee tax rate: Select the tax rate that is used for payment fee. Tax value must be the same in DG1 and Bexio.
• Tax mapping: Map which tax rates are the same in DG1 and Bexio. Example:
  • DG1 tax rate: 7.70%
  • Bexio tax rate: CO77 - Opted revenue 7.70%

7. Click the Submit button to save settings.

Orders

In orders you can view and sync orders from DG1 to Bexio.

1. To sync an order from DG1 to Bexio you need to login to your DG1 Admin panel.
2. Navigate to Settings and click Orders under Bexio integration section.

3. Click Actions to open the dropdown menu and click Sync order to Bexio. An order will be create on Bexio and a link to Bexio order will appear in Bexio order column.

Products

In products you can sync products from DG1 to Bexio or sync stock from Bexio to DG1.

1. To sync product from DG1 to Bexio you need to login to your DG1 Admin panel.
2. Navigate to Settings and click Products under Bexio integration section.

3. Click Actions to open the dropdown menu and click Sync product to Bexio. A product will be created on Bexio and a link to Bexio product will appear in Bexio product column.

4. To sync stock from Bexio to DG1 click Actions to open the dropdown menu and click Sync stock from Bexio. Product stock will be updated in DG1 from Bexio.

Bexio integration with multiple sites

Multiple sites without shared products

When you have multiple sites and you are using one Bexio account for all your sites you need to set unique product SKUs on both sites. The same or different products on both sites must not have the same SKU. If you have products with the same SKU, Bexio will treat both products as the same product because it does not support multisite. This means that you will have 2 products on DG1 and only 1 product in Bexio. When you will update the product stock on Bexio the same stock will be applied to both products in DG1.

Multiple sites with shared products

When you have multiple sites with shared products and the products have SKUs, only one product will be created in Bexio. When you have multiple sites with shared product and the products do not have SKUs, multiple products will be created in Bexio.
