Abandoned carts

To find out which and how many products are left behind in abandoned carts, use the Abandoned carts reports. These reports can help you with the preparation of promotions for any products left in your customers� carts.

Note

Abandoned carts are added to reports after 24 hours.

To generate a report, set the period using Date from and Date to fields, and click Submit .

The abandoned carts statistics page will display the total Number of abandoned carts and Abandoned carts revenue for the selected period.
Just below the summary you can take a closer look at the following graphs and tables by clicking the titles:

• Number of abandoned carts per day
• Revenue of abandoned carts per day
• Abandoned carts
• Products in abandoned carts

You can choose to export a report for abandoned products or carts for the selected period. To export the abandoned products report, click . To export the Abandoned carts report, click .

After you�ve selected the report you want to export, select the document type from the Select export type pop-up window and confirm with Export to file to initiate the export.

As soon as the export process is done, you will receive an email with the download link. Click the link in the email and the file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
