# Access
In this section you can manage platform administrators and users. Administrator can change the settings of the users and administrators, while the users do not have these permissions.
# Manage permissions for the users and administrators
- Go to Access and click Groups.
- Click Edit

By editing the admin or user group, you can manage permissions for the two set groups. You do that by clicking the check marks . Once you click the check mark, the permission will be changed to denied
and the cross mark will appear.
# Create your own group
- Click Add
.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Set permissions.
- To save new group click Submit
.
# Add new admin user
- Go to Access and click Users.
- To add a new admin user click Add
.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Click Submit
.
# Language
In this section you can change the language of your admin (back end) and front end sections.
- Currently available admin languages are English, Japanese, Italian, German, French and Slovenian.
- Currently available front end languages are English, Japanese, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Serbian, Russian, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Swedish, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Malay and Slovenian.
# Legal contents
Each website owner has to take care of their legal contents such as Privacy policy, Terms and conditions and Cookie policy. The Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions are already set in WEB CMS under PAGES. All you have to do is change the texts in the content editor and they will be published. For Cookie policy you have to go to Manage site -> Site languages -> Cookie policy. The default text is already set and published. Should you wish to change, it you can do so. Save all the changes by clicking Submit .
